What we look for
Revenue over narrative
Show us money moving. A small number that is real tells us more than a large one that is projected. If you are pre-revenue, show us the pilot and who paid for it.
Operators, not tourists
Founders who have worked inside the problem. Dealt with the regulator, sat with the agent, waited for the settlement file. That experience is hard to hire and harder to fake.
